Martin Pouret white balsamic condiment is certified by the control body authorised by the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policy. This balsamic vinegar is obtained from cooked grape must, matured by a slow acetification in respect of the ancestral production tradition, which gives it this well balanced sweet and sour flavour.
 
Ingredients: Wine vinegar, concentrated and rectified grape must. Contains sulfites.
