In the unlikely event something is out of stock then we’ll be in touch with you to discuss delivery. We always aim to only show products that are available to purchase, however sometimes popular products sell quicker than our website updates the stock levels.
- DAMAGES AND RETURN POLICY -
All our products, whether food, wine, liqueurs and other drinks, accessories or decorations, are selected for their quality and value, carefully checked and everything you buy from us is dispatched in the best possible condition.
But please inspect your order immediately upon reception and if an item is broken, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible, either by email chezroger.edinburgh@gmail.com, private message or chat and we will do our best in order to find a quick and efficient solution (refund, replacement...)

Returns are not accepted for fresh, refrigerated, or frozen items unless the product is faulty or not as described (e.g., expired upon arrival, damaged packaging) and personal care goods (soaps or other beauty products).
