Villain Tercinier VSOP Premium Selection Cognac is a deliciously soft, floral and fruity eaux-de-vie that is sure to be enjoyed by not only hard-core aficionado’s, but by newcomers to the world of cognac who are keen to dabble with tasting too. Produced by the house of Vaillen Tercinier within the Petit Champagne terroir, well-known for its chalky limestone content and fertile soils, VSOP Premium Selection Cognac is an award winning eaux-de-vie containing an alcohol content of 40% alcohol, and the youngest blend aging between 7-10 years.
Matured exclusively in Limousin and Tronconnais French oak casks, this eaux-de-vie showcases a softer, more delicate side to cognac that would work really well on a warm summer’s day.

Decanted in an elegant and simple bottle design, VSOP Premium Selection Cognac proves that, whilst presentation is important - it’s what’s on the inside that counts the most. Nevertheless, with its slim neck and smooth curves, this bottle will stand tall on the brandy shelf.
Tasting Note
Nose: seductive. Notes of vanilla, apple blossom and honeysuckle.
Palate: soft and graceful. Delicate notes of citrus, finely woody vanilla.
Finish: harmonious and fruity.
How to enjoy
With its round and fruity nose and zestful palette, try VSOP Premium Selection Cognac over ice or topped up with chilled tonic water in a wider balloon glass. The sweet and summery flavours of this eaux-de-vie are also complimented by strong cheeses, such as Roquefort and aged parmesan due to their full-bodied flavours and aromatic strength which match those of Cognac delectably.
