Shallot & red wine sauce is a classic of French cuisine.

Ingredients: Red wine 52%, water, butter, shallot 6.5%, thickeners: modified starches and xanthan gum, sunflower oil, honey, poultry stock (water, poultry concentrate, red wine, beef extract, carrot, onion, leek, cognac, garlic, thyme, rosemary), salt, thyme, white pepper, black pepper.

Contains milk and sulphites.
