Rouille with espelette pepper sauce du père Eugene (made in Brittany)
Spicy, light and colourful, this rouille sauce with Espelette pepper is a wonderful addition to soups and bisques.
For an aperitif, rouille is also delicious on a toasted baguette! Don’t hesitate to add it to your homemade spread recipes.
Espelette pepper rouille goes perfectly with tuna for an aperitif that will awaken the taste buds of your guests!
You can also use rouille sauce for your white fish dishes cooked in court broth.
Ingredients: Water, sunflower oil (EU or non-EU origin), garlic, egg yolk, mustard* (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid), tomato paste, spirit vinegar , corn starch, coloring: paprika, salt, thickeners: xanthan and guar gum, lactose, milk proteins, pepper, Espelette pepper 0.5%.
