Traditional Panettone with Candied Fruit & Raisins
The Classic Panettone is a naturally leavened sweet, distinguished by its top with the typical cross-cut. The yellow and soft sponge is enriched with sultanas and aromatic candied peel of Sicilian Oranges and Diamante citron from Calabria. The classic panettone is produced in compliance with the Italian confectionery tradition, with sourdough and a 72-hour artisanal process.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sultanas 12%, butter, sugar, eggs, candied orange peels 11% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), rehydrated whole milk powder, Natural yeast (wheat flour, water) egg yolk, emulsifiers: Mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, candied citron and lemon peels (citron-lemon peels, glucase-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), natural flavours, salt, cocoa butter.
May contain nuts, soy and mustard.
