Morel mushroom sauce
This artisanal sauce contains 5% morels. To give it even more flavour, artisan Lembert grind the morels so that their fragrance spreads much more.
 
Ingredients: Broth (water and chicken stock), white wine, 5% morels, duck fat, corn starch, port, salt, pepper.
