Morel mushroom sauce
This Premium traditional sauce will go wonderfully with your meat, poultry and vegetable dishes.  
 
Ingredients: Water, cream 20%, white port, butter, white wine, rehydrated morels 3% (morel, Morchella Conica, water), shallot, thickeners: modified starch and xanthan gum, rehydrated trumpets (death trumpet, Craterellus cornucopioides, water) , red port poultry stock (water, poultry concentrate, red wine, beef extract, carrot, onion, leek, cognac, garlic, thyme, rosemary), salt, white pepper.
Contains milk and sulphites.
