These gherkins were grown in the Loire Valley. As soon as they are freshly picked, they are marinated in Martin Pouret Orléans vinegar for your enjoyment.

Ingredients: Fresh gherkins, old-style Orléans vinegar with French white wine, herbs and spices, white onions, coriander, mustard seeds, tarragon, Guérande salt.
