Fossier's original "Biscuits Roses de Reims" are an absolute French classic, primarily served with a glass of champagne / Cremant - because of course! For slightly less indulgent occasions, these gorgeous pink biscuits work excellent for the humble dipping in a cup of tea or coffee. These pink biscuits can be used as an ingredient or as a decoration for charlottes and other cakes. They also make the most vibrant tiramisu!
 
Founded in 1756, Maison Fossier is the oldest biscuit factory in France. Their most iconic products are the classic pink biscuits from Reims (also the home of champagne). It is the originality of this recipe, unchanged for over 300 years, which gives the Biscuit Rose the particularity of not disintegrating when dipped in a glass wine, a flute of champagne.
