Florentins dark chocolate & orange peels
The original Florentine recipe as Michel Chatillon made it when it started in 1965. At the time he used a copper saucepan and a wooden spoon!
Honey, sour cream, butter and almonds ... A treat!
Ingredients: 24% dark chocolate (cocoa 65%, sugar, cocoa BUTTER, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), sugar, 16% candied orange cubes (orange peel, saccharose, syrup of glucose, acid citric), 13% split ALMONDS, fresh salted BUTTER, 8% grappes, fresh CREAM, 6% honey.
