Bearnaise sauce 

Béarnaise sauce is a classic of traditional French cuisine.   Made with butter, this sauce will go wonderfully with your red meat, poached eggs or even grilled fish. 

 

Ingredients: Water, butter 22.3%, cream 15.4%, shallot 6.9%, reconstituted egg yolk 6.9% (egg yolk powder, water), white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, tarragon 1.9%, salt, thickeners: modified starch and xanthan gum, antioxidant: rosemary extract, tarragon essential oil , White pepper.

Contains milk and eggs.
