A homemade aioli sauce

Let yourself be seduced by Père Eugène aioli sauce. It will accompany all your daily dishes: cold fish, shellfish, steamed vegetables, etc. Originating from the south of France, its typical taste is an invitation to vacation. Père Eugène's aioli sauce is made without additives or artificial flavours to preserve your taste experience.

After opening the jar, store your aioli sauce at a temperature between +2°C / 6°C, 1 month maximum -

 

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, egg yolk 8.9%, garlic 7.5%, Dijon mustard (mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, water, salt), white wine vinegar, salt, lemon, egg white powder 0.2%
