This rich, decadent whole duck foie gras is produced by the venerable Castaing. Its buttery flavour and silky mouthfeel are distinctive due to its all-natural ingredients and traditional preparation method. This all-natural delicacy from the south-west of Gascony is simple to demould and a delight to present and consume, and it contains 88% duck foie gras.
Enjoying foie gras is easy. Simply cut it into ample slices and enjoy it for lunch, dinner, or as a delightful appetiser on bread, toast points, or crackers. You may also incorporate it with a tart, fruity flavour like fig chutney or as part of a classic salade périgourdine with walnuts, Batavia lettuce, gizzards, and vinaigrette.
