• LOCAL DELIVERY available only for: Morningside, Bruntsfield, Marchmont & Merchiston.

• Please note we only ship to the UK MAINLAND at the moment (Contact us for a quote for any other shipping)

• Express (1-2 business days)   = £7.95

• Local delivery (only within walking distance, see above) = £5

In the unlikely event something is out of stock then we’ll be in touch with you to discuss delivery. We always aim to only show products that are available to purchase, however sometimes popular products sell quicker than our website updates the stock levels.

- DAMAGES AND RETURN POLICY -

 

​​All our products, whether food, wine, liqueurs and other drinks, accessories or decorations, are selected for their quality and value, carefully checked and everything you buy from us is dispatched in the best possible condition.

 

But please inspect your order immediately upon reception and if an item is broken, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible, either by email chezroger.edinburgh@gmail.com, private message or chat and we will do our best in order to find a quick and efficient solution (refund, replacement...)

Proofs of purchase and damage(s) will be requested.

Non-returnable items :
- Please note that for safety reasons, most of our items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers...) and personal care goods (soaps or other beauty products)

- We cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.
