Tasting Note
This wine is pale lemon in colour with a youthful rim. On the nose, it has aromas of grapefruit, lemon, lime and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it has a nice texture, with a good balance of zesty acidity and minerality, as well as a saline touch on the finish

Oysters, lighter seafoods, and cream-based dishes where the acid serves as the perfect counterfoil to creaminess.
