The Macvin of the Domaine de cépage Chardonnay gives a golden yellow hue with a surprising marriage of fruitiness, sweetness and power it is the subtlety between the Marc combined with the grape moult.
A wide aromatic palette is presented as notes of pear, mirabelles and marmalade, but also spices such as cinnamon, cloves or anise.
This wine can be kept for 10 to 15 years.
Ideal for Aperitif, dessert or digestif.
