Le père Eugene Hollandaise sauce 

An ancestral recipe invented during the reign of Louis XIV, the Hollandaise sauce was created during the Dutch War (1672-1678), hence its name. Le père Eugene's Hollandaise sauce was cooked with butter and milk and then spiced up with a touch of lemon.

To drown on your dishes or on your plate, after heating it, the Hollandaise sauce will be the perfect accompaniment to all your fish.

 

Ingredients: Reconstituted skimmed milk, butter (EU origin), egg yolk, wheat flour, salt, processed corn starch, concentrated lemon juice, milk protein, turmeric.Allergens: eggs, wheat, milk.
