Veal Axoa


Veal axoa, one of the best known and most popular dishes in Basque cuisine.  'GLUTEN FREE', 'GMO FREE'

It is a thin slice of vegetables: red peppers, green peppers, onions, melted in duck fat. The veal is cut into small pieces and cooked in these vegetables. Everything is flavored with Espelette pepper.

It will go wonderfully with pasta, rice or steamed potatoes. Bon appétit !


Ingredients: Veal meat, onions, red and green peppers, salt, pepper, Espelette pepper.
