From the heights of Pommard, precious alluvials and minerals have been deposited in the Marey-Monge enclosure for millennia. They are the origin of five different terroirs that are distinguished by the presence of clays among the most complex burgundy. In 1855, Jules Lavalle had classified the Clos Marey-Monge as its first vintage.
 
Tasting Note
The darkest of ruby with scarlet hints defines the brilliance of this wine. On the nose, red fruits aromas of redcurrant, black cherry and fresh roses fill the glass. A fresh, full and well-balanced mouth-feel, which flows into an endless and fine finish. A powerful and elegant wine.
