Purple Garlic Braid 1kg
This purple garlic is harvested in Beaumont de Lomagne in the south west of France and has a sweeter, milder flavour compared to white garlic.
Because of the milder flavour, this purple garlic is excellent eaten raw (perhaps rubbed on toasted bread or minced and added to a salad dressing).
The sweetness is enhanced if you decide to roast this garlic in the oven.
This purple garlic is best stored in hanging in a cool, dry room or cupboard.
