"Premium" Confit Duck & Toulouse Sausages Cassoulet
For this real Périgord cassoulet, we cook confit duck sleeves, Toulouse sausage, lingot beans cooked in goose fat, tomato… The recipe is traditional and it is one of the flagship products of our house .
