Tasting Note
The dress is straw yellow and gold, bright and pure. The bubble is delicate. The foam is dense, not very adherent, persistent and offering a beautiful crown. The nose is fresh and spicy. The first malted attack is associated with notes of kumquat and bigarade. Then spices, reminiscent of scrubland, raise this atmosphere on floral notes.
The mouth is direct, frank, sweet. The fine selection of hops, supported by the presence of spices, perfectly balances the desired bitterness. The body is generous, combining aromas of white peach, then in a second time, we find the sharper notes of yellow grapefruit, evoked on the nose. The finish is balanced, mixing licorice and cashew nuts.
