Tasting Note
The dress is amber, with some coppery reflections, shiny.
The bubble is thin and very regular. The foam is generous, mahogany in hues.
The nose is greedy and powerful. The first attack, malted, gives way to scents of stewed fruits. Then caramel scents complete this harmony.
The mouth is curved, rich. We find these aromas of caramel, hazelnuts, almonds. We are surprised by a memory of coated pralines (these darlings that we sometimes crunch on these sunny beaches).
