These carefully selected green Manzanilla olives have a special touch: they are stuffed with piment d’Espelette, the delicate red spicy pepper that’s a staple of Basque cuisine. The combination of tender, salty olive and mild-but-tangy chilli is truly irresistible. The olives are wonderful on their own, in salads or as part of an apéritif spread or tapas evening. You can also chop them finely and mix with a touch of olive oil for a spicy tapenade that’s perfect on fresh baguette.

Ingredients: Green olives "Manzanilla", salt, stuffing 6% (water, piment d'Espelette AOP 17%,pepper, thickener: sodium alginate), flavour enhancer: E621, acidifiers: citric acid and lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
