Thoroughly cooked at 110°C, this whole Goose Foie Gras gains in creaminess as it ages (its exuded fat is reabsorbed over time). Kept in its pretty metallic box, it can stay 3 years in a dry place before being tasted. Ideal for an aperitif or an improvised evening!
