Tasting Note
Garnet colour, expressive nose reminiscent of the sour cherry 
and floral notes of peony and wisteria. The palate is generous on chocolate and pepper with a finish in finesse slightly spicy on cinnamon.
 
Food Matching
Taste-marked meats such as lamb and duck. Fits of course with a piece beef. Ideal with creamy cheeses and dark chocolate desserts.
