Larnaudie developped this range of "non -gavé" foie gras in respect to recent concerns about animal welfare in the production of Foie gras. Using the same breed of ducks, feed and recipe, thes products are made without the intervention of the feeder during the fattening process.
Ingredients: Lean duck fat, lean duck liver, water, Armagnac (1.2%), salt, milk proteins, sugar, pepper, coloring agent (E120), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300), preservative: sodium nitrite (E250).
