Tasting Note
This Crémant d’Alsace is  from 100% chardonnay grapes and made with the traditional method, which means it is bottle fermented. At this price point it is perfect wine, from a winemaker that is completely organic and with no added sugars.
EYE: Gold color, light, green gold reflections.
NOSE: Delicate, fine, aromas of white flowers, aromas of toast.
MOUTH: Straight, light, flexible, structured body, good intensity, good persistence.
 
Food Matching
This delightful sparkling wine makes a great aperitif, but equally as good with delicate meat and fish dishes.
