Le Fondant Baulois®
For more than 35 years, the Fondant Baulois® recipe has continued to be emulated. Its reputation has been built up over time, thanks to a traditional and authentic chocolate cake recipe, which is characterised by a perfectly homogenous melting texture and a thin, slightly meringue crust.
The Fondant Baulois® will soon become a must in the seaside resort of La Baule, and will join the local market. It is still made in the traditional way.
Its delicious chocolate taste is associated with a hint of salted butter caramel. This is one of the trademarks of the famous fondant.
All ingredients are 100% natural and the fondant contains no preservatives or additives.
Tasting advice
You will enjoy this cake on many occasions throughout the day:
- as a dessert
- with coffee
- as a snack or for a gourmet break
- and if there is any left over for breakfast the next day, but it is rare that there is any left over!
It is even better accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a custard, or even with an orange salad in winter, or red fruits in spring.
Ingredients: Free-range eggs, sugar, butter, 20% chocolate (sugar, cocoa bean, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), corn and rice flour.
Decorative tablet: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, natural vanilla flavor).
