Tasting Note
Clear and yellow gold in colour, on the nose this wine is fresh with delicate aromas of oak. On the palate it is elegant and richly textured, with a distinct waxy character and layers of spice and vibrant citrus, that build into a beautiful, slightly minerally finish.

To share with friends as an aperitif. This wine will go very well with fish in sauce, poultry, cheeses, sushi, scallops. To discover on a salmon carpaccio.
